My interpretation of this video is that the rhetor is Pablo Francisco and his audience is anyone who goes to the movies and knows that voice. He uses different voices such as Keanue Reeves, and Arnold Schwarzenagger to help connect more with audiences and to get his point across easier. He uses a widely known subject to help the audience connect then over exaggerates it to make it a humorous event. Good job for Pablo.
In this skit Pablo Francisco, the rhetor, speaks to the audience about the voice of the man who narrates movie trailers. With this sketch he provides something that most anyone can understand and and blows it out of proportion. When he first sets up the sketch he leaves you with a feeling that he's going to speak about how the person speaks in that voice in real life, however he quickly goes off on several different parodies of movie trailers designed to be funny when using that voice and playing off common movie plots. For instance, he has Arnold Schwarzenegger in a movie about a person who owns a tortilla shop that the mob wants to get in on, he took a standard movie plot, where one person owns a business that the mob wants in on and they have to fight back against the mob to keep their business, and makes it seem outlandish and with the addition of the preview voice in the background it really adds a lot of humor to the scene.
In the video, the rhetor, Pablo Francisco, emphasizes on movie previews and the way they are presented to the audience. In his argument, he points out the fact that the narrator speaks about the film and what it is about but to a degree that he is actually saying what the movie is before the preview of the movie can show it to the audience. In presenting this argument, he gives a demonstration that is hilarious but also emphasizes the narrators flaw. It is that flaw that Pablo stresses upon the audience for them to realize the mistake and actually think about what the narrator has done. He as the rhetor sees this flaw as something that is a nuisance since it ruins the true objective the movie preview is suppose to achieve.
Pablo's skit has a wide variety of different audiences since it is such a easy subject to relate to. Honestly that voice could do a preview for telle-tubies and make me want to watch it. Pablo just puts it into ridiculous situation forming a hilarious skit. He as the rhetor knew exactly how to relate to his audience and get into their mind set.-Ian Shepherd
